Managing Partner and Founder of New Ventures and Adobe Capital, the first impact investment fund in Mexico. He has been a key player in the development of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in Latin America.

Marco Vinicio Cerezo

Creation of ASOREMA and the Guatemalan Committee of IUCN Members, strengthening the influence on environmental laws and nature protection. Exemplary work in FUNDAECO’s Healthy and Empowered Women and Girls Program, which has saved the lives of thousands of women and girls.

Juan Carlos Vargas

Founder of GeoAdaptive LLC, a global territorial sustainability consulting firm. His work focuses on the analysis and strategic planning of transforming territories. Creation of policies and development organizations in the environmental, social inclusion, infrastructure, and climate change sectors.

Ricardo Santa Cruz

Founder and CEO of RSC Development. Current partner at Xala, a new model of tourism and real estate development that truly integrates local communities, promotes environmental regeneration through restoration projects, and offers a sustainable lifestyle for its guests and residents.

David Leventhal

Impact entrepreneur, investor, and founder of Playa Viva and Regenerative Travel. With a background in sales, marketing, real estate, and hospitality, he focuses on leveraging investments to drive regenerative environmental and social impact. His work emphasizes creating resilient, profitable ecosystems that benefit both people and the planet through “slow money” investments. David specializes in emerging markets, media and technology convergence, mobile solutions, and sustainability.

David Johnson

A leader in regenerative design, focusing on sustainable architecture and community well-being. A principal at SERA Architects, he previously advanced Cradle to Cradle practices at William McDonough + Partners. He advises organizations like Build It Green.org and chairs Marin’s Climate Action Committee. Recognized as a global sustainability thought leader at COP26, David also lectures and advocates for regenerative innovation.

Timothy Smith

Founder of SERA Architects’ Urban Design Studio is a veteran architect and planner with 40+ years of experience. He specializes in sustainable placemaking and developed the Civic Ecology framework for community-driven design. Tim has led major projects like the Liwa capital plan in Abu Dhabi, campus plans for Oregon State and Portland State, and urban designs for Google and Stanford. A TEDx speaker and author, he advises on sustainability initiatives and integrates ecology, innovation, and infrastructure into vibrant, resilient communities.

Stefanie Brendl

Stefanie Brendl is a shark advocate and social entrepreneur, dedicated to ocean conservation for over two decades. As founder of Shark Allies, she leads global campaigns to protect sharks and marine ecosystems. She produced Extinction Soup, a documentary on shark finning, and recently contributed to Mexico’s SIERRA A MAR initiative, collaborating with Mexico based investors and the Richard Gere Foundation to regenerate coastal ecosystems and marine areas in the 100km Costalegre, Jalisco region.

Josephine Korijn

Co-founder also established New AJE Capital, investing in regenerative solutions for resilient agricultural and food ecosystems. Such as: the Nimbus Fund, a Mexican impact investment fund focused on education and environmental sectors.

Her experience includes roles at RRG Solutions Mexico, supporting impact businesses and financing small farmers, and as Director of Corporate Finance at Northvolt, a hydro-powered battery manufacturer.
