Pablo is a seasoned marine biologist with a master's degree in marine and coastal sciences, specializing in marine resource management. With over 20 years of experience, he has focused on fisheries management and natural resource administration along the Mexican Pacific region, the west coast of Baja California Sur (BCS), and the Gulf of California. Over the past 15 years, Pablo has collaborated with research centers, civil society organizations, and federal government agencies to promote conservation and effective management of the region’s primary fisheries resources. His highly collaborative and effective work has influenced public policy instruments for fisheries management in Mexico, demonstrating his commitment to sustainability.
