Nash is currently pursuing a master’s in social sciences: Sustainable Development
and Globalization at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California Sur (UABCS),
with a focus on the impacts of real estate tourism in the region. She has held
positions such as Executive Officer at Baja Aquaculture and Director of Institutional

Linkage at Sociedad Mexicana de Acuacultura (SOMEXACUA), contributing to the
Latin American and Caribbean Chapter (LACC) of the World Aquaculture Society (WAS).
Nash is also a member of the Collaboratory of Social Sciences for Sustainability at UABCS and co-creator of La Marcha de las Catrinas, a project highlighting the unique culture of La Paz.

Proudly dedicated to her community as a “Choyera” Nash cherishes the region, its people, and its rich history.
